	Mr. LI Ming (born in 1964), M.D., is Vice Chairman of the Orthopedics Department of Changhai Hospital of the SecondMilitaryMedicalUniversity. Mr. LI is full senior doctor, professor and Ph.D. graduate tutor; member of the Scoliosis Research Society of North America; member of the Scoliosis Surgery Society of North America; member of the International Society of Orthopedics and Traumatic Surgery; member of the International Society of Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery; executive member of the Chinese Orthopedics Association; executive member of the Spine and Spinal Cord Injury Committee of the Chinese Disabled Persons’ Federation; member of the Osteoporosis Committee of the Chinese Orthopedics Society; member of the Chinese Physically Disabled Committee; member of Shanghai Osteoporosis Academic Committee; member of the Osteoporosis Committee of Shanghai Senior Citizens Society; member of Shanghai Committee of Sports Medicine; and executive member of Shanghai Amicable Association for Science & Technology Venus. Mr. LI has been studied in world-famous American Texas Scottish Rite Hospital (TSRH) known for scoliosis treatment, the University of Kansas Medical Center, and HSS ，New York, USA. He is chief editor of Scoliosis 3D Orthopedic Theory and Technology, Thoracoscopic Spinal Surgery, Faulty Practice in Spinal Surgery, and Modern Orthopedic Implants and Practical Technology. Working as a chief performer, he is the first prizewinner of the State Scientific and Technological Advances Award (1 project), the second prize (2 projects) and third prize (1 project) winner of CPLA Scientific Technological Advances Award projects), and the winner of Shanghai Municipal Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award (1 project).As the first applicant, he is granted by the State National Natural Science Foundation of China (3 projects), by CPLA Medical Science Foundation (2 projects), and Shanghai Key Projects Foundation and Shanghai Scientific and Technological Venus Foundation (3 projects). He has published more than 100 scientific research papers in Chinese and world professional journals, and edited more than 10 monographs.
